He began his legal career as a law clerk to former Chief Judge James Lawrence King of the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.

He has also served as the Vice President of Legal Affairs at North Shore Medical Center in Miami, an adjunct professor at Florida International University, and as a legal advisor to a Harvard University project in Rhode Island.

Attorney Loblack is a graduate of Harvard University, the University of California, Florida International University, and the University of West Florida. He is a former board member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, Miami-Dade Black Lawyers Association, and Dade County Economic Development Corporation. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
